Get to know Eric...
Eric found yoga in 2008 as a way to practice mindfulness and as a tool for overcoming addiction. This didn't exactly work out as planned as Eric quickly became addicted to yoga. However, his life changed for the better as he replaced negative and toxic habits with positive and healthy ones.
Eric completed his 200 Hour Teacher Training Certification in 2010 at Moksha Yoga. He has been practicing daily since 2009 and has studied with well over a hundred teachers in various styles of yoga asana, breath work, and meditation.
Yoga has opened Eric up to many other interests, including dance, barre training, pilates, boot camp and cardio training. Eric fuses elements of various training disciplines into his hatha and vinyasa yoga class structure to create unique and challenging sequences with a focus on the breath and an intention to guide the physical movement.
