Get to know Autumn...

As a full-time branding and communications manager in the corporate world, Autumn knows first-hand how difficult it can be to make time for oneself and incorporate healthy habits into an already packed day.

After deciding to make a lifestyle change in 2009, she picked up distance endurance running but quickly realized she needed something more - not just for muscle recovery but also mental rejuvenation. Enter yoga.

Since then, Autumn has practiced several styles of yoga to find what worked best for her body and training goals but ultimately found a new passion in health and wellness. Now a certified endurance running coach and 200-hour registered yoga teacher, she spends her time outside of work doing what she loves - helping others reach their own goals.

A firm believer in the idea that, if you can breathe, you can do yoga, Autumn’s classes are led in a way that is accessible to all levels of practitioner. Several variations and modifications are always offered because all bodies are different. Students can expect to focus on breath awareness and bringing stillness to the mind, while moving through an energizing flow that lengthens and loosens the body, without fear that they won’t understand the postures or won’t be able to do them.
