Get to know Amanda...

Amanda found yoga while working in the nonprofit sector, and quickly discovered it’s powerful tools for changing the world from the inside, out. She became a teacher to serve in a new way: by sharing tools of peace and sustainable living that transfer from the mat into our busy-bee world.

Since receiving her certification in 2014, Amanda has continued to deepen her knowledge of alignment, therapeutics, trauma-informed techniques and restorative practices, crafting classes that access the body’s innate strength, flexibility, and reservoirs of health and healing. By weaving together artistic sequences, inspiring contemplations, feel-good alignment, and juicy hands-on assists, Amanda’s teaching leaves you refreshed and empowered to take on the world.
